60% Sonoma Cab, 35% Sonoma Merlot, 5% Napa Valley Cab Franc. Deep cranberry in color. Aromas of ripe black cherries and a touch of toasted pecans. Flavors of blackberry, white pepper, and a touch of graham cracker crust, with medium bodied tannins, leaving a dark cherry vanilla finish behind. Pairs well with roasted prime rib, grilled pork chops, or your favorite hearty meat sauce and pasta.
