2003 Sonoma Chardonnay
|
|
|
|
Brilliant pale straw in color. Aromas of green apple, lime peel, pink grapefruit,
and light buttered toast. Flavors of crisp cantaloupe, honeydew, hints of toasted
almonds, vanilla, bright apple and citrus fruit. Small nuances of white flowers,
and honeysuckle. A lasting finish leaves the mouth clean, and wanting another sip.
Food pairings include chicken picata, or salmon with lemon dill cream sauce.

2001 Sonoma Zinfandel
|
|
|
|
Rich ruby in color and hints of dusty rose. Aromas of deep cherry, cranberry
and red currants. Notes of bittersweet cocoa, and coffee. Flavors of toasty oak
with medium bodied tannins, chocolate covered cherries, notes of juicy wild
strawberries with a lasting coffee and currant finish.
Pairs well with barbecue beef ribs or slow roasted rack of lamb.

2001 Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
|
|
|
|
Deep and rich garnet in color. Aromas of ripe bing cherries, dusty roses,
bitter cocoa, red currants, and notes of toasted oak, and a touch of
Tahitian vanilla. Light velvety wood tannins, with flavors of rich ripe
cherry fruit, dried cranberries, plums, and an everlasting finish of rich,
balanced, craftsmanship, making you return to the glass again and again.
Pairs well with prime rib with rosemary au jus.

2001 Sonoma Sunset Red
|
|
|
|
63% Sonoma Cab, 27% Sonoma Merlot, 10% Napa
Valley Cab Franc. Medium cranberry in color. Aromas of delicate purple flowers,
blueberries, ripe black cherries with layers of rich, ripe strawberries, and a touch of
toasted pecans. Flavors of spicy black fruit, blackberries, strawberry jam, a touch of
graham cracker crust, white pepper, blueberry preserve, with light bodied tannins,
leaving a dark cherry vanilla finish behind.
Pairs well with roasted pork loin with mushroom dijon peppercorn crust, garlic mashed potatoes,
and oven-roasted vegetables.
